1. An Instructional Course is designed to teach specific -state of the art- knowledge, skills or competencies on a particular subject. Resources used can be videos, articles and own data and presentations can be concluded with interaction with the delegates.

2. A Round Table is a form of meeting where all invited participants at this round table have an equal opportunity to contribute. After an introduction of all participants an open dialogue is started, bringing together people with different viewpoints, fostering a richer discussion.

3. A Panel presentation involves a group of experts or speakers discussing a specific topic. Each panelist may give a brief presentation or share their insights on the topic. After the presentations, the panelists engage in a discussion, often guided by questions from the chair and audience.

4. Chair Responsibilities:

• Actively lead the round table & panel.
• Organize the content.
• Coordinate topics among individual speakers.
• Keep time.
• Lead the discussion.
• Handle audience questions.

General Duties:

• Supervise the session.
• Introduce speakers in the sessions.
• Keep time.
