Oral Presentations

• Please use a PowerPoint in 16:9 for your presentation.
• Upload your presentation on-site at the speaker slide center using a USB stick, no later than 2 hours before your session.— sending it in advance is not possible
• Bring your presentation on a usb stick to the speaker slide center, latest 2 hours before your session starts
• We ask you to include a disclosure slide in your presentation that shows your industry relationships
• Your presentation time is listed in your acceptence letter via email. Please make sure to stick to this timing. Presentation times are including time for questions. 
  • Total 10 minutes = 8 minutes presentation time + 2 minutes Q&A
  • Total 12 minutes = 10 minutes presentation time + 2 minutes Q&A
  • Total 15 minutes = 12 minutes presentation time + 3 minutes Q&A

We kindly ask you to attend the entire session in which you are presenting, out of respect for fellow speakers and to avoid disruption.
