Guidelines for a Poster

When your abstract is accepted for a poster, you are invited to display a hard-copy poster at the conference.

  • Orientation: Portrait, Single-Page 
  • Format: A0 format
  • Please display your poster on Wednesday from 10AM and remove it on Saturday after the Closing Ceremony
  • The poster can be attached with pins, these will be provided at the location
  • Posters will not be printed by the organization or at the congress location
  • You have received your Poster Number via email. Please note the following schedule for availability:
    Even-numbered posters: Be available for questions during the coffee breaks on Thursday.
    Odd-numbered posters: Be available for questions during the coffee breaks on Friday.
  • Additionally, ensure you upload your poster to the conference app using the link provided in the email.

Guidelines for a Poster Presentation

When your abstract is accepted for a poster presentation, you are invited to display a hard-copy poster, which you will also present in a Rapid Fire Poster Session at the conference.

1.Poster

  • Orientation: Portrait, Single-Page 
  • Format: A0 format
  • Please display your poster on Wednesday from 10AM and remove it on Saturday after the Closing Ceremony
  • The poster can be attached with pins, these will be provided at the location
  • Posters will not be printed by the organization or at the congress location
  • Make sure you are available at your poster for questions during the coffee breaks on the day of your presentation. In case your poster presentation is on Saturday, please present your poster during the breaks on Thursdays.
  • Additionally, ensure you upload your poster to the conference app using the link provided in the email

2.Poster presentation

  • Presentation time is 3 minutes for speaking and 2 minutes for questions
  • Please use a PowerPoint in 16:9 for your presentation
  • Upload your presentation on-site at the speaker slide center using a USB stick, no later than 2 hours before your session.— sending it in advance is not possible.
  • Be present 10 minutes ahead of your session in the correct room
