Registration fee
This invoice is tax exempt according to §4 of German Value Added Tax Act (UStG).
This payment will be done on name and account of Förderverein der HNO-Klinik an der MHH e.V.
Cancellation Policy
- The registration of participation is binding.
- A full refund, deducting a processing fee of 50,00 EUR will be given for cancellations until 21.05.2025. After this date, the registration is binding and no refunds will be given.
- The participation fees are owed upon registration and are payable within 7 days following submission of the registration (but not later than 7 days before the starting day of the event).
- Participation is not guaranteed until full payment of the registration fee is received.
- The conference program may be subject to changes.
